Overview
A global manufacturing organisation is seeking a SAP Master Data Specialist to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality master data activities across SAP manufacturing processes, working closely with business data owners and the project team to ensure successful data transformation, cleansing, and migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities Master Data Delivery
Support all SAP master data objects related to manufacturing and operational processes.
Run and support data transformation/mapping workshops with business and functional teams.
Define mapping rules, transformation requirements, and supporting documentation.
Execute data cleansing activities in SAP ECC, including mass updates and LSMW.
Coordinate, track, and validate cleansing activities carried out by business data owners.
Provide support and guidance to business users throughout project and change initiatives.
Collaboration & Project Support
Work effectively within collaboration platforms such as OODrive, SharePoint, email, and video conferencing tools.
Deliver all documentation in English, aligned to group standards.
Consultant Requirements
3+ years' experience on SAP projects, ideally including SAP ECC ? S/4HANA migration work.
Strong understanding of master data processes within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP mass-update tools, particularly LSMW.
Ability to engage business stakeholders and support change management activities.
Strong communication skills and structured working approach.
Onsite Requirements
Hybrid role with onsite presence required 1-2 days per week in Central France.
Commutable locations include: Dijon, Nantes, Lyon, Bourges, Angers, Clermont-Ferrand, and surrounding areas.
