About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team in either our Belgian or French office (location negotiable) and take ownership of a portfolio of Belgian clients.

Key Responsibilities

New Clients

Analyze prospect needs to deliver tailored, compelling proposals.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Work closely with SDRs to identify and pursue new opportunities within key accounts.

Existing Clients

Manage the full client relationship lifecycle—from closing opportunities to invoicing.
Provide ongoing client consulting, guidance, and solution recommendations.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic decision-makers.
Ensure contract deployment and manage responses to RFPs.
Coordinate and monitor ongoing client projects with the Project Management team.
Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication (email, phone, social media, conferences, and tradeshows).
Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account development.

Requirements

Excellent command of Dutch (Flemish) & French (written and spoken)
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven track record in negotiation and fast deal-closing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Experience in selling services or software, especially in e-commerce or tech, is a plus.
