About the role  

Roku seeks a self-motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Client Services team as a Summer 2026 Intern in our New York City, NY Office.  

The Client Services Intern supports Roku’s Ad Sales organization team members. In this position, you will learn the requirements for successful campaign management and support the Client Services team.  

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, bring energy and passion to everything they do, and will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to tackle big and small projects. They will have high attention to detail, showcase a willingness to learn, and be ready to contribute to an innovative company. 

For New York Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $50 per hour. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and wellness benefits.  

 

What you'll be doing
Work in partnership with Client Services and Sales counterparts to help provide top-tier service to Fortune 500 clients. 
Support Account Managers with day-to-day campaign pre-sale and post-sale deliverables. This might include RFP builds, creative asset/ Tag QA, creative mapping, screenshots, reporting, upselling, and end-of-campaign wrap decks.  
Deliver a presentation at internship completion. 
Assist with competitive/industry research and analysis. 
Become knowledgeable with Client Services’ many tools & internal systems   
Gain core foundation for Roku’s diverse product portfolio, and comprehensive understanding of media industry (agencies, publishers, SSPs, DSPs)  
Take part in broader business team meetings, ranging from weekly connects with Account Manager and Account Executive to larger org wide meetings and company wide town halls.  
Network with other cross-functional teams including but not limited to Adops, Inventory, Sales Planning, Measurement, and Marketing – understanding how each team works with Client Services and contributes to the larger Ad Sales Org success 
Develop a keen understanding of how the Roku platform and unique ad products will deliver brand value to support client advertising goals.

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing or a related field; Rising Senior preferred
Passionate about video media 
Above average with Excel and PowerPoint 
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team 
Constantly curious and confident asking questions

Able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment 
Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented personality 
An excellent verbal and written communicator
