Overview

This role is ideal for graduates or junior-level candidates looking to start a career in tech and consulting.
You will work directly with clients to design and implement workflow solutions using monday.com, helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. No prior consulting experience is required, as full training and mentoring will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement client workflows using monday.com
Analyse business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
Build boards, automations, and dashboards within monday.com
Work closely with clients to understand how their teams operate and where improvements can be made
Deliver clear, professional, client-facing outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Recent graduates or junior-level candidates
Degrees in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity about how organisations work
A structured, problem-solving mindset
Confidence working with data, systems, and processes
