Location: St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada (Hybrid)

Job Description-

Business Analyst to support digital engineering initiatives by bridging business needs and technical solutions. The role focuses on requirements elicitation, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery to support high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
Support Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) through solution definition and UAT
Work with UX, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to define future-state solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong experience in process improvement and requirements definition
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, or Visio
Fluent in English and French
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Aviation or aviation training industry experience

Hybrid work model
No driving required
