Role Overview
WSE Preparation Pro: Prepare and issue Work Scope Evaluations (WSEs) for each equipment, pipework, or structure selected for baseline.
Inspection Techniques Specialist: Define inspection techniques, acceptance criteria, data recording formats, and photographic documentation requirements.
CML Markup Expert: Mark up ISOs and 3D model extracts with Corrosion Monitoring Locations (CMLs) for piping.
GA Drawings Highlighting Guru: Highlight General Arrangement (GA) drawings and 3D model extracts with CMLs for pressure vessels, exchangers, and tanks.
Structural WSE Creator: Prepare WSEs for structures, indicating specific inspection locations such as critical welds, supports, and PFP coating areas.
Drawing Management Coordinator: Extract and manage relevant drawings, P&IDs, and design data from project management software (xCPage, Navisworks, or equivalent).
Revision Control Maintainer: Maintain WSE revision control and ensure linkage to the Baseline Register and IDMS.
Inspection Progress Tracker: Track progress of all baseline inspections across disciplines, updating the Baseline Register.
Report Reviewer: Collect and review baseline inspection reports for completeness and consistency.
Documentation Archiver: Ensure all executed WSEs are signed, verified, and archived correctly.
Dashboard Maintainer: Maintain dashboards summarizing progress, open anomalies, and pending uploads.
Inspection Readiness Coordinator: Coordinate with the Baseline Inspector and Construction team for inspection readiness (access, insulation, scaffolding, permits).
RBI Study Contributor: Collect and organize baseline inspection results as input for Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) studies.
Corrosion Loop Supporter: Support the Senior Inspection Engineer and Corrosion Engineer in defining corrosion loops and grouping equipment by degradation mechanisms.
Data Verifier: Prepare and verify process, material, and operating data required for RBI.
RBI Workshop Contributor: Contribute to RBI workshops and support calculation data validation (thickness, corrosion rates, PoF/CoF inputs).
P&ID Updater: Update P&IDs with RBI results (corrosion loops marking up).
IDMS Focal Point: Serve as daily focal point for the Integrity Data Management System (IDMS).
Hierarchical Structure Creator: Create and maintain the hierarchical structure in IDMS.
Baseline Report Manager: Enter and verify baseline reports, photos, UT data, and anomalies in IDMS.
Audit Report Generator: Generate IDMS reports for audits and handover.
QA/QC Liaison: Liaise with QA/QC to obtain existing fabrication or vendor inspection records, avoiding duplication.
Shared Boundary Inspector: Interface with Subsea, Structural, and Mechanical teams for shared boundary inspections.
Deviation Request Supporter: Support preparation of Baseline Deviation Requests and anomaly close-out documentation.
Project Meeting Participant: Participate in project progress and integrity meetings; provide technical updates on inspection and data status.
Photo/Video QA Assistant: Assist with photo/video QA to ensure all inspection evidence meets baseline standards.
Recurring Issues Identifier: Identify recurring issues in baseline workflow and propose corrective actions.
Template Developer: Support the development of templates and tools for future baseline and RBI projects.
Lessons Learned Contributor: Contribute to lessons-learned sessions at project closeout.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CMMS (SAP, Maximo) is essential.
Familiarity with IDMS (Antea, Visions, IMS, or similar) is a plus.
Proficient in SP3D/Navisworks is advantageous.
Strong Excel skills with a knack for data organization.
Fluency in English is required.
