Position: Elite Product / Project Manager – AI Evaluation

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $85–$120/hr

Location: Remote

Duration: 10-40 hours/week

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputable university
Exceptional analytical rigor and structured problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail when evaluating technical systems and workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product and execution requirements
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Role Responsibilities

Lead evaluation, comparison, and optimization of next-generation AI code agents
Design structured evaluation frameworks to assess performance, reliability, and usability of AI tools
Analyze how AI code agents interact with real-world software systems and workflows
Document findings clearly to inform model improvements and product decisions
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers, engineers, and stakeholders
Translate research insights into actionable project and execution plans
Support follow-on Mercor software engineering initiatives as an Expert Project Manager
Maintain high standards of clarity, organization, and delivery across all outputs
