About The Team

At Postman, our People team is dedicated to building an environment where every Postmanaut can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact. We partner closely with leaders across the company to develop and execute People/Talent strategies that support our mission: to make API development faster, easier, and more collaborative for developers everywhere. As a key part of our People function, the People Partner team works directly with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture scaling.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a People Business Partner to support our EMEA region, composed predominantly of GTM teams. You’ll partner with a diverse group of leaders helping to drive both operational and strategic People initiatives that align with Postman’s growth. You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by driving talent strategies, fostering a strong organizational culture, and contributing to the growth of the overall People Team function. It’s an exciting time to join!

What You'll Do

Partner with EMEA Leadership to align talent strategies with business goals, ensuring the right structure, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Drive organizational effectiveness by implementing best practices in team scaling, leadership coaching, and performance management.
Lead change management efforts related to org structure, process improvements, and culture evolution within engineering.
Shape employee experience by fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging culture that supports innovation.
Provide data-driven insights to leadership, leveraging key metrics to guide decision-making on talent and organizational growth.
Act as a trusted advisor for senior leaders, supporting them in developing their teams and navigating complex people challenges.
Foster and sustain Postman’s culture: proactively advise on engagement, retention, onboarding/offboarding, and employee experience
Serve as a consultant for employee relations matters: partner with managers on sensitive, high-stakes situations (e.g., low performance, conflict resolution, structural changes) with empathy, integrity, and professionalism
Be the go-to People Team resource for employees regionally, addressing their queries and guiding them through People programs.

About You

6+ years of experience in a People Partner role, ideally GTM teams in a high-growth, tech environment.
Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and performance management.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with company objectives.
Proven track record partnering with leaders at various levels and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing and building strong relationships.
Passionate about scaling culture, fostering engagement, and driving meaningful change.

Nice to Have

Experience scaling a regional team for a US-based startup company
Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or developer tool companies.

This is based in the greater London area, and expected to work from our future London-based office. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
