Cybersecurity Platform Engineer II – Onsite (Seattle, WA)

Pay: $55/hr on W2 | Contract: 6 months | Potential extension/FTE

We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer II to design, implement, and support enterprise security platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. You’ll work closely with engineering, DevOps, and business teams to deliver secure, automated, and highly available systems.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain security platforms (EDR, CSPM, Email Security)
Integrate platforms with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services
Automate monitoring, operations, and troubleshooting
Analyze metrics, optimize configurations, and support deployments in containerized/virtualized environments
Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:

3+ years in cybersecurity or related field
2+ years scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Ruby, etc.)
Experience with cloud security and automation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Certifications (AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, GSEC, GMON, CySA+)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
