Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Intern to support platform operations, AI-driven UX experimentation, and developer ecosystem coordination across global hackathons.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to:
• AI-native product design
• Hackathon operations at global scale
• Developer experience (DX) and community workflows
• Project coordination across live innovation events
You will work closely with founders, product builders, and ecosystem partners in a fast-moving environment where ideas are tested in real time.
This role is suitable for students or early-career candidates interested in AI, product, Web3, developer platforms, or innovation ecosystems.
What You’ll Contribute and Learn
As an Intern at Hackathon.Exchange, you will:
• Support the coordination of global hackathons and developer programs
• Assist with project management across hackathon teams, mentors, and partners
• Help test and improve AI-powered UX flows for developers and organizers
• Contribute to research on hackathon formats, platforms, and best practices
• Assist in onboarding developers, judges, and partners onto the platform
• Gather feedback from users and translate insights into product improvements
• Support content, documentation, and operational workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, community, and operations
You’ll gain first-hand experience in how modern AI-driven platforms are built and scaled within real developer ecosystems.
Requirements & Skills
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a strong interest in technology and innovation.
Preferred qualifications include:
• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Interest in AI, developer platforms, Web3, startups, or innovation ecosystems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and project coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., docs, spreadsheets, chat tools)
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Prior experience with hackathons, developer communities, or tech startups is a plus but not required.
