THE BASICS

Role Summary: You will work with a small eCommerce team to maintain and evolve our Laravel-based platform while supporting a phased migration to a new Laravel system. Our proprietary eCommerce platform enables employees of global clients to browse, order, and manage branded merchandise through a scalable system integrated with internal infrastructure and client tools (e.g., authentication and data services). Your initial focus will be on maintaining the existing codebase, resolving bugs, and ensuring platform stability, while contributing to the audit and store-by-store migration of legacy functionality. As migration progresses, you’ll help build and extend the new platform, delivering features across UI/UX, CMS enhancements, modern storefronts, and integrations with internal and third-party systems. We operate in an agile, highly collaborative environment that values shared ownership, technical discussion, and proactive problem-solving, making this a hands-on team role rather than isolated development work.
Location: In-office at our Culver City, CA location.
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience
