IT Business Analyst

Must be local to the Charlotte area and can work a Hybrid schedule

Location: Charlotte, NC, 3 days a week onsite

Duration: 12+-month Contract

Rate: $40- $45 hourly W2

Our client in the Charlotte area is looking for an IT Business Analyst to add to their team. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the assigned business group to understand operational processes and align IT solutions that support business objectives and process optimization.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

Applies technical expertise to deliver and support effective IT systems and solutions.
Manages customer satisfaction, communications, issue resolution, and SLA governance.
Represents IT across business steering committees, improvement initiatives, and project teams.
Supports testing and evaluation of new technology solutions.
Contributes to project delivery as a test coordinator, SME, requirements analyst, or project lead.
Partners with business leaders on annual and long-range IT investment planning.
Leads application portfolio health reviews to inform strategic IT planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong SDLC background, working on digital platforms.
Local to the Charlotte area and can work hybrid schedule.
Expertise gathering requirements and developing business cases.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available and that may result in pay outside of the range provided.
