about the role
As a Strategic Designer, you will be crucial in co-leading transformation initiatives that link vision to execution - working across research, system design, and experience innovation. You will help prototype the future vision: distilling foresight, shaping narratives, designing concepts, and aligning business, product, and brand ecosystems around shared experiential value.
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, internal and external stakeholders, and innovation leaders to craft strategic clarity and long-term regenerative advantage.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in London, with flexibility for partial remote work, occasional cross-functional working sessions in Milan.
your focus
research, synthesize and translate complex quantitative and qualitative data sets into regional insights and future forces
develop actionable roadmaps grounded in human and cultural values, not just technological feasibility
co-lead foresight-driven design sprints, ideation, co-creation sessions, and conceptual prototyping
design scalable systems across product–service–brand–experience platforms
track record influencing product development from initial idea to tangible prototype or market implementation
influence experience strategy, venture models, innovation architecture
lead with cultural intelligence, curiosity, emotional depth, and critical foresight
visual ideation & concepting skills to create compelling visual narratives
experience in fast-paced living labs or R&D environments where experimentation and rapid iteration thrive
experience in fintech, retail, media, mobility, or aviation industries is much welcomed
take part in mentoring or guiding junior roles/interns helping them build fluency in innovation processes and strategic tooling
who we’re looking for
4-6+ years of interdisciplinary experience across design research, industrial design, innovation management, strategic foresight, entrepreneurship, social studies, anthropology, business, finance
strong grasp of experience strategy, brand, and service innovation; ideally across startup and corporate contexts
deep know-how and show-how of strategic foresight, systems design, and transition design
capacity to thrive in ambiguity, synthesize insights, and articulate systemic vision with clarity
experience building innovation capabilities, running design-led transformation processes
knowledge of sustainability, regenerative systems, and circular business models
exceptional creative storytelling and communication skills
comfort working across functions (i.e. research, strategy, brand, product, design, business, operations)
we would love you to have: Dual or hybrid background across design, anthropology, economics & political science, business, innovation management, or related fields
bonus: Experience with corporate venture building, prototyping business solutions, or strategic narrative design
