Your Mission

In line with the ambitious plan for Chloé, he/she will act as a partner to the CMDO and work transversally with Product Categories, other departments and regions, as their main point of contact in the Merchandising team, on the definition and roll out of the global product strategy. He/She is responsible for providing qualitative reporting on the product performance and implementing action plans to drive sales and optimize the product lifecycle. He/She guarantees alignment of all product categories and stakeholders on priorities and collection messages from Showroom to launch in stores.

The Global strategy Merchandising Manager is reporting to the Chief Merchandising & Design Officer.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Coordinates & consolidates the Strategic plan/Budgets for all product categories with the CMDO
Provides Merchandising Reporting to Top management
Animates the Merchandising community from categories to regions by sharing the vision, best practices and building action plans to drive sales
Gathers Market Insights from the Regions and provides Retail, Wholesale, Ecom product feedback to fuel all categories
Supports Product categories to ensure consistent priorities, messages and collection opportunities through optimized information sharing
Coordinates Product categories and channels (Retail, WHS, Ecom) for and during showroom
Defines and implements the Store clustering to ensure efficiency and optimization of the assortment
Participates in building a go-to-market strategy by establishing & following up on the Merchandising Calendar to ensure consistency & visibility of key stories across all touchpoints. Drives cross-functional alignment to plan
Manages Product end-of-life and defines Markdowns policy in coordination with Categories/Supply Chain/Sales/Finance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

7-10 years of merchandising experience
Proven experience in global collection management and collaborating effectively with multicultural teams.
Excellent understanding of fashion trends, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, English, and merchandising tools.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
