Key Responsibilities

Design Salesforce architecture and solution strategy
Lead Salesforce implementations and integrations
Ensure best practices for security, data model, and performance
Guide development teams and review technical designs
Support deployments, upgrades, and system optimization

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
Experience with integrations, data modeling, and security
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience

8–12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce exposure
