We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer / integration engineer to design, implement, and maintain integration between ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM modules and networking monitoring applications. The role is to enable automated workflows, improving network visibility and enhancing IT service delivery across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Build and configure integration between ServiceNow and other applications using APIs, connectors, and custom scripts
Automate workflows for incident management, change requests, and network provisioning
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support
Monitor integration performance and optimize for efficiency
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and other stakeholders to align integration goals
Provide training and knowledge transfer to other members of the team

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers / Integration Specialists to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in computer science are preferred with 11 year’s relevant experience and education with the following skillsets:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
Expertise with network management applications to include API integration and orchestration
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, Powershell)
Proficiency with REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
Solid understanding of networking concepts (routing, VPNs, firewalls, QoS)
Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
SD-WAN expertise
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Background in enterprise IT environments with large scale integrations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
