Title: ICT Functional Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 12 months freelance contract (extension possible)

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days per onsite and 2 days remote every week)

Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French (spoken) and English (written).

We’re looking for a Functional Analyst with a strong ICT Security Awareness background Design, implement, and continuously improve a security culture program that measurably reduces human-related cyber risk and strengthens secure behavior across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Drive Cybersecurity Excellence: be a cyber security ambassador
Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with ICT and business stakeholders to understand “human risk” and translate them into actionable solutions.
Create Smart Processes & trainings: Develop clear procedures and trainings.
Define and maintain a multi-year security culture strategy aligned with business risk and risk appetite
Design a role-based awareness model (executives, managers, engineers, operators, third parties)
Establish measurable objectives and KPIs (behavior, decision quality, incident trends)
Report regularly to senior management on culture maturity and residual human risk

Technical Skills:

Experience: Relevant experience in security awareness, organizational change, risk communication, or security culture programs
Expertise: Strong analytical skills to define problems, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
