We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that drive business value and integration across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a strong background in Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and full lifecycle project delivery, combined with sharp analytical and communication skills.

Skills & Responsibilities

Certification: Must be a Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level experience with Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
Demonstrable experience with Salesforce integrations using various enterprise technologies.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and limits.
Domain Knowledge: Financial Services Cloud experience is a significant plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage details and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
