We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to drive the effective, responsible, and secure adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the region. This role sits within the Information Technology function, reporting to the Regional IT Manager, and plays a key role in enabling business teams to leverage AI for improved reporting, project controls, and decision-making. While ensuring strong data foundations, governance, and cybersecurity compliance. In addition, the role provides UK-based IT support, including office IT services and occasional vessel IT mobilisation support, aligned with regional and corporate IT standards.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience supporting AI, data, analytics, or digital solutions in a business environment
Strong understanding of data structures, data governance, and information security principles
Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot is desirable
Practical experience providing IT support in office and/or operational environments
Ability to translate business needs into technical and data-driven solutions
Experience supporting offshore or vessel-based IT systems is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Fluent in English, written and verbal

Key Responsibilities

Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across regional business functions, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and decision support
Deliver AI awareness sessions, training, and hands-on implementation support to business users
Identify, assess, and develop practical AI use cases that deliver measurable business value
Establish and maintain strong data foundations, ensuring data quality, security, governance, and accessibility
Support the configuration, deployment, and adoption of approved AI tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot)
Translate operational, project, and commercial requirements into clearly defined AI and data solutions
Provide first- and second-line IT support for UK-based offices, including hardware, software, and connectivity
Support vessel IT mobilisations, upgrades, and demobilisations in coordination with operations and corporate IT teams
Ensure alignment with corporate IT, cybersecurity, data governance, and HSE policies
Maintain documentation for AI solutions, data structures, and local IT systems
