Senior Finance Manager

Hoxton, London

4 days/week in office (Hoxton, London)

£60,000–£90,000 (depending on experience) + Equity

Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed business supporting independent hospitality operators through a combination of investment capital and customer rewards. Operating at the intersection of fintech, hospitality and SaaS, they are a small, ambitious team building a scalable platform with real-world impact.

The Role

As Senior Finance Manager, you will own the financial backbone of the business and play a key role in strategic decision-making, while remaining hands-on with day-to-day financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Strategy & Modelling

• Own the core financial model, forecasting runway, revenue and cash burn.

• Lead scenario planning to support growth and strategic decisions.

Budgeting & Reporting

• Run the annual budgeting process and track performance monthly.

• Produce management and investor reporting with clear insights.

Financial Operations & Compliance

• Own financial systems (including Xero), monthly close and statutory accounts.

• Oversee payroll and key balance sheet reconciliations.

Lending & Cash Flow

• Maintain oversight of the loan book alongside the Head of Lending.

• Prepare lender reporting and ensure covenant compliance.

About You

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA preferred), ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier firm.

• Strong financial modeller with a commercial mindset.

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
