Role Summary:

We're hiring a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to improve customer service operations and internal efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise processes, improve reporting, and enhance the overall service experience in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Optimising Customer Service operations using Salesforce Service Cloud.
Managing Salesforce configuration, admin, and enhancements
Building reports and dashboards for visibility and insights
Supporting third-party integrations and improving service workflows

Essential Skills & Experience:

Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience (Admin/Dev).
Exposure to Omni-Channel and Einstein Bot.
Strong reporting skills and stakeholder communication.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Telephony or customer support tools.
Strong Excel/data skills.
Startup or scale-up experience
