Salesforce Analyst / Developer (Specialty 3)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Compensation: $54 to $60 per hour (W2)

About The Role

Supports a Salesforce origination team responsible for customer-facing product workflows
Focuses on modernizing an existing Experience Cloud origination platform
Migrates legacy Salesforce implementations to OmniStudio solutions
Hands-on development role requiring strong Salesforce technical depth
Works in a structured enterprise environment with complex workflows

Team and Assignment Structure

Part of a Salesforce-focused IT team supporting origination processes
Current initiative centers on migrating Experience Cloud functionality from legacy code to OmniStudio
Highly collaborative environment with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
Initial hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week) with a transition to fully onsite
Contract role driven by active platform modernization efforts

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications supporting origination workflows
Build and maintain OmniStudio components, including:
OmniScripts
Integration Procedures
Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and controllers
Configure Salesforce permissions, profiles, and access controls
Support Salesforce integrations and data flows
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and platform optimization
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex
OmniScripts
Integration Procedures
Experience developing within Salesforce Experience Cloud
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment

Technical Skills

Apex
OmniScripts (OmniStudio)
Integration Procedures
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce permissions and security model
CSS for UI customization
Strong Salesforce development fundamentals

Education and Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
Salesforce Platform Developer II – Required
OmniStudio certifications are a strong plus
