Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for one of the largest private credit providers in the U.S. agricultural economy. This is a 6-month Hybrid contract role based in Greenwood Village, CO, offering a pay rate of $79.00 per hour.

This role is at the heart of a major digital transformation. You will be pioneering a "Digital First" self-service experience and modernizing associate-facing management tools. The focus is on moving legacy .NET applications from on-prem virtual machines to a cloud-native AWS environment, with a goal of exiting the data center by 2027.

Role Details

Pay Rate: $79.00 per hour.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
Duration: 6-month contract (Possible extension or conversion).
Location: Hybrid in Greenwood Village, CO.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cloud Architecture: Building foundational Single Page Applications (SPA) and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures on AWS.
API Orchestration: Designing and implementing complex APIs to facilitate the transition from legacy VMs to cloud-managed services.
Infra as Code: Utilizing Terraform and GitHub Actions (DevSecOps) to automate infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Data Lake House: Contributing to the development of a modern Data Lake House, writing the necessary APIs for high-volume data ingestion and processing.
Modernization: Implementing software for customer self-service portals and internal HR management experiences using React and Vue.
Full Lifecycle: Taking ownership of the testing process, review, analysis, and certification of software to ensure "Digital First" reliability.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–10+ years of professional experience in software engineering. You must be able to articulate your usage and processes with React, Python, and TypeScript in high detail.
Front-End: Deep proficiency in Vue or React, HTML/CSS, and Node.js.
Back-End (Heavy): Strong skills in Python, Node.js (Express), and SQL data scripting.
Cloud & DevOps: Extensive experience with AWS Cloud Native Services, Terraform, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
Automation: Scripting experience with PowerShell and Python for business process automation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science..
Nice-to-Haves: Financial industry background and AWS Cloud Developer or Architect certifications.
