We’re headhunting a high-caliber Gene Editing Scientist to step into a critical early-stage discovery role supporting a rapidly expanding pipeline in rare and serious diseases. This team doesn’t babysit. They expect ownership, speed, and scientific rigor.

This Role Is For You If:

You build assays, not just run them
You can design NGS-based screening strategies from scratch
You’re comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
You want visibility and impact—not anonymity

What You’ll Own

Design and generate novel gene therapy candidates
Develop NGS-driven high-throughput in vitro screens
Partner directly with senior scientists across discovery
Drive clean documentation, protocols, and data packages that matter
Contribute to publications and internal decision-making science

We’re Targeting Scientists With:

PhD in biological sciences
Industry experience (minimum 1 year post-PhD)
Deep hands-on strength in molecular biology
Real-world experience with NGS assay development
Protein expression & purification chops
Mammalian cell culture confidence
A reputation for being independent, relentless, and precise

Bonus Points If You’ve Touched:

AAV or LNP platforms
Immunology-driven programs
Flow cytometry
In vivo studies
