You will optimize the revenue engine by automating critical internal processes and managing the commercial tech stack. This role bridges the gap between data and strategy, requiring a blend of technical SQL expertise and operational execution to drive efficiency across sales and marketing teams while leveraging modern AI tools for scale.

What you will do:

Build and maintain automated workflows within HubSpot and other CRM tools to streamline the customer journey.
Utilize SQL to extract actionable insights and develop dashboards that monitor health across the revenue funnel.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate:

2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or a similar data-driven operational role.
Proficiency in SQL and deep experience managing CRM ecosystems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Proven track record of automating manual processes and an interest in leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
