Your role
We are searching for a talented Business Analyst to join our innovative IoT Platform team. If you are passionate about data‑driven solutions, cloud‑native environments, and expanding the functionality of a state‑of‑the‑art, ISO27001‑certified IoT platform serving more than 300,000 connected devices and 100,000 users worldwide, this role is for you.
As a Business Analyst, you act as the link between business stakeholders such as marketing, operations, service and product companies, and our solution architects and developers. Your core mission is to ensure that business needs are thoroughly understood, correctly translated, and successfully delivered. You gather and analyze requirements and convert them into clear user stories. You ensure correct prioritization and support validation and release follow-up. In close alignment with solution architects, developers, and test engineers, you help ensure the platform is ready for both current and future needs.
You will be the first point of contact for discussions around functional design, integration needs, and the evolution of our domain services, APIs, and supporting systems, without developing them, but ensuring that what gets built is functional, feasible, and valuable.
You will participate in refinement sessions, technical meetings, and cross‑functional brainstorming to make sure the platform remains performant, secure, scalable, reliable, and future‑proof. Staying up‑to‑date with technological advancements in IoT, cloud, and data platforms is part of the role, and you’re encouraged to explore new trends, literature, and best practices.
