Job Specifications

What You’ll Do

You’ll be building product demos that make people stop scrolling.

Your main mission is to create high-quality, open-source-ready demos that showcase what XTrace can do—the kind of demos that developers want to clone, fork, and share.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth.

You will:

Build interactive product demos using the XTrace SDK (encrypted agentic memory system), LLMs, and OpenClaw (Clawdbot / MoltBot), or anything tools that go viral
Write clean, readable, open-source-quality code that can be shared publicly
Turn technical demos into hype-worthy stories with the GTM team (Twitter/X, blog posts, launch threads, demos videos, etc.)
Experiment fast, ship often, and iterate based on feedback and trends
Explore new AI workflows, agent patterns, and memory-driven applications

What You’ll Build

Examples of things you might ship:

AI agents with persistent, encrypted memory
Trend-driven demos that show “what’s now possible” with agentic memory
Small but powerful apps that developers instantly get
Open-source demo repos people actually want to star

Required Tech Stack

You should be comfortable with (or excited to learn fast):

TypeScript
PostgreSQL
Prompt engineering
Working with LLMs
Basic understanding of APIs and backend-driven products

Who You Are

You’ll love this role if you:

Are chronically online (you follow AI, dev, and startup trends daily)
Love hands-on building more than meetings
Care deeply about code quality, even for demos
Enjoy turning technical work into something people want to share
Like shipping things that feel alive, not polished to death
Are curious, scrappy, and not afraid to experiment in public

Bonus Points (Not Required)

Experience with open-source projects
Writing dev blogs, demo threads, or social posts
Interest in DevRel, GTM, or product storytelling
Built bots, agents, or experimental AI tools before

Why XTrace

XTrace is building agentic memory infrastructure—the missing layer that lets AI systems actually remember, adapt, and grow over time.

It's a paid position

You’ll get real ownership, real users, and real visibility for the work you ship.

If your demo goes viral, your name goes with it.

How to apply:

Check out https://mem.xtrace.ai , once approved, write down 3 bullet points of UIUX improvement and send over to careers@xtrace.ai with your CV. Additionally, tell us your most recent side projects is a big plus!

About the Company

XTrace is the memory infrastructure that makes intelligent systems work across your entire business. We enable agents to remember and learn across every tool, team, and customer environment. As these systems become embedded throughout organizations, portable memory becomes a fundamental infrastructure. Today's AI operates on isolated memory. Corrections stay trapped in each platform, context resets when you switch tools, and intelligence fragments instead of compounds. ChatGPT doesn't know what you taught Claude, your codi... Know more
