Join our dynamic team as an Acoustic Modeling Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the acoustic landscape of various industrial projects. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in acoustics while working in the vibrant city of Nanterre, France. As part of a leading organization in the engineering sector, you will contribute to innovative solutions that enhance sound management and compliance across multiple projects.

Role Overview

Conduct acoustic modeling using CadnaA software to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prepare comprehensive acoustic documents including noise study reports, noisy equipment lists, and PA/GA reports.
Review and assess acoustic criteria in sales and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Participate actively in HSED, Project, and Disciplines coordination meetings to align project objectives.
Collaborate closely with the HSED Lead and Acoustic Sponsor to deliver high-quality results.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in reading and understanding standard engineering documents such as PFD, PID, Plot plans, and 3D models.
Strong knowledge of sound pressure level, sound power level calculations, ISO 9613 standards, and acoustic treatment techniques.
Expertise in using CadnaA software for acoustic modeling.
Fluency in English for effective communication and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while being a proactive team player with excellent organizational skills.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in acoustics or environmental engineering are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in acoustic modeling or related fields.
