What you will be doing:

Owning the Apple platform strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap
Leading device lifecycle management across macOS and iOS
Designing and governing UEM/MDM integrations, Apple Business Manager, and zero-touch deployment
Defining secure configuration baselines, managed application strategies, and OS lifecycle processes
Supporting large-scale transformation, migration, and carve-out activities
Ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
Working closely with architecture, security, end-user engineering, delivery teams, and third-party vendors
Providing technical assurance, documentation, and solution design input across the programme lifecycle

Essential experience:

Strong hands-on experience with macOS and iOS in enterprise environments
Proven expertise with JAMF Pro / JAMF Cloud or similar UEM/MDM platforms
Deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM/DEP) and managed app distribution
Experience with certificates, identity integrations, secure networking, and automation
Solid understanding of device security, encryption, patching, and compliance frameworks
Background operating as an SME or architect within large, complex organisations
Experience working on transformation, migration, or separation programmes
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in regulated environments

Desirable:

JAMF 300/400 or equivalent certification
Apple Certified Support Professional or Apple Certified IT Professional
Experience integrating Apple platforms with Intune
Exposure to collaboration tools such as O365, Google Workspace, or Slack
TOGAF or similar architecture certification
Experience within financial services or other highly regulated sectors
