Job Specifications

The Operations Intern will play an active role in managing and growing DecorMatters’ in-app creative community. This role focuses on designing and operating engaging in-app content—such as design challenges, games, and events—to increase user participation and community interaction.

The intern will collaborate closely with the team to support users throughout their home design journey, analyze in-app activity, and help promote community programs.

Responsibilities:

Create and operate in-app design challenges, games, and events to drive user engagement
Support and manage user-hosted activities, and coordinate them with official in-app programs
Engage with users and respond to community needs to enhance user experience and interaction quality
Analyze in-app content performance and user behavior using analytical tools, and optimize strategies based on insights
Continuously develop creative, high-quality in-app content and community activities

Requirements:

Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Background in Design and Marketing (Interior Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or related fields) preferred
Experience with photo, graphic, or video editing tools; familiarity with Photoshop, Figma, or More is a plus
Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, or More
Available to work at least 20 hours per week
