We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented Talent Management Intern to support our Program Manager, who oversees multiple core functions including talent management, recruiting, operations and overall company culture. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing organization sustains a strong office culture, supports it's people and keeps operations running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our Program Manager responsible for multiple key areas of the business, giving you a unique, behind-the-scenes look at how people, culture and operations come together. This is an ideal role for someone curious, reliable and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with administrative tasks across talent management, recruiting and office operations
Supporting initiatives that contribute to office culture, employee engagement and company morale
Helping track projects across multiple programs
Providing support to the Program Manager on ad hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements

Strong organization and time-management skills
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
A proactive, adaptable mindset
Interest in people, culture and how organizations work
Attention to detail and willingness to handle both big-picture and administrative tasks
Comfort using Google Workspace

Further Details

10-15 hours per week
$18/hour
Hybrid work environment with a few hours in-office at our Silverlake HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays
