Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Desk Operator(Level 2) at Netcompany?
As a Service Desk Operator(Level 2), You Will
Provide second-line support for unified communications, including video conferencing and network connectivity.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated incidents related to Windows environments, applications, and networks.
Manage and follow up on incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
Take ownership of incidents from escalation through resolution and closure.
Coordinate with Level 1 support, internal technical teams, and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
Guide users and Level1 teams on best practices and standard procedures.
Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
Minimum of 2–3 years of support experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or another major ITSM platform.
Strong learning capacity and motivation to develop Telecom expertise.
Ability to work independently while adhering to structured processes.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable operating in a multicultural, institutional environment.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
