As a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs and technology solutions, helping clients transform their sales and service operations through digital innovation.
What will you do?

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories that guide technical teams.
Support the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise business processes and CRM usage.
Participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Let's talk about you

At least 1 year of experience in a functional business analyst role or working with Salesforce or Microsoft CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales, marketing, and service processes.
Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into functional requirements.
Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
