Role Description
MillionLogics is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer for a remote contract role. The role entails developing and maintaining scalable, responsive user interfaces for a variety of web applications. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing designs into functional web pages, optimising applications for performance, addressing technical challenges, and staying updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
Join a dynamic Web Engineering team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality web experiences that support leading social brands and empower global Marketing teams. This role combines hands-on frontend development with technical leadership, guiding core web properties and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. You'll drive the evolution of web infrastructure, contribute to migration efforts, and build tools that enhance content deployment workflows for millions of users worldwide.
Please note: this role focuses on front-end development (marketing pages, landing pages, device optimisation) as well as front-end engineering (React, Typescript). Ideal candidate also knows a bit about PHP as welll as deployment (parts of the product are legacy that still need supporting).
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
Expertise with Next.js and modern frontend frameworks
Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Deep understanding of frontend security, performance, and accessibility best practices
Proven ability to document and communicate technical solutions effectively
Experience maintaining or reviewing scalable, production-grade web systems
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with API design and integration
Understanding of backend technologies like PHP or Node.js
Experience with Nginx, Linux environments, Docker
Proficiency with build tools like Webpack or Rollup
Comfort working with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude)
Prior collaboration with external agencies or development vendors
Offer Details:
Any valid work permit is accepted (Tier 2 General/Dependent/PSW, etc)
Pay rate: £200 per day
Experience: 4+ Years
Fully Remote
Duration of the Contract: 18 months
