Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Account Manager, located in Lexington SC. The Security Account Manager will oversee security operations for assigned accounts, manage client relationships, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure all security services are effectively implemented. Responsibilities include managing physical security, monitoring security compliance, addressing client concerns, and supporting employees with training and development. Additionally, the role entails developing solutions to enhance safety and addressing client-specific needs.

Qualifications

Experience in Account Management and building strong client relationships
Knowledge of Security Operations and Physical Security practices
Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and their practical applications
Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
Familiarity with local security regulations and compliance standards
Previous experience in a similar role and supervisory experience are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field is preferred
