Cybersecurity Analyst | Starbucks Support Center | Hybrid
We're working with Starbucks on this exciting opportunity.
Join Starbucks as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst and transform complex security data into actionable insights! You'll drive decision-making by developing impactful dashboards and tracking key performance and risk indicators, directly influencing our cybersecurity posture and compliance.
The Role
• Design, build, and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cybersecurity compliance metrics.
• Develop and track metrics related to cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), aligning with frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Collaborate with GRC, legal, and compliance teams to translate requirements into actionable data insights and support risk assessments.
• Leverage data and analytics platforms like Power BI to process, analyze, and visualize large-scale cybersecurity datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development, especially for GRC and security metrics.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and metrics (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX, PCI DSS).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data extraction, and compliance evidence management.
