A growing beauty marketing and technology group is looking for a community-focused professional to join its creator ecosystem team. The company partners with leading beauty brands to activate highly engaged micro and nano influencers in meaningful ways. In this role, the Community Manager will oversee the day-to-day experience of a curated creator network across North America. You will help grow and energize the community while ensuring creators feel informed, valued, and inspired to participate. The ideal candidate is a people-first person.

The Role:

Grow and maintain an engaged creator community
Oversee creator onboarding, communication, and overall experience
Support influencer campaigns
Manage community programming across social, digital, and live touchpoints
Plan and execute creator events while tracking engagement and performance

The Ideal Candidate:

2+ years community or influencer experience
Deep understanding of creator culture
Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry exposure
Strong written communication and relationship skills
Comfortable with metrics, reporting, and workflows

Salary: $75,000-$80,000
