A leading sports and entertainment venue is seeking a Procurement Consultant to shape and elevate its procurement approach across a high-profile international portfolio. This is a senior, visible role for someone who wants to set direction, deliver measurable value, and influence decisions at the top of the business - in an environment where pace, partnerships, and performance matter.

As Procurement Consultant, you will strengthen how the organisation sources goods and services, builds supplier partnerships, and drives long-term commercial value. You will be trusted to bring structure, pace and commercial confidence to procurement - creating a function that is proactive, insight-led and aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals.

The impact you’ll make

Set and deliver a global procurement strategy that supports business performance and growth
Put clear policies and consistent ways of working in place across the organisation
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing procurement team
Analyse spend and supplier data to identify sustainable cost savings and better value
Build strong supplier relationships, with clear expectations and performance measures
Advise senior leaders with clear insight to support confident decision-making
Strengthen procurement processes, compliance, and risk management across the group
Track market developments and turn insight into practical recommendations

Your skills and experience

Senior procurement leadership experience within a complex organisation operating across multiple locations
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of improving supplier performance and value
Evidence of delivering measurable cost savings and long-term improvements
Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and build trust across the business
Confident people leader with experience building and motivating high-performing teams
Professional procurement qualifications are desirable
