What you will do

Translate marketing and communication needs into clear AI and data use cases
Gather, structure, and document business requirements, objectives, and success criteria
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data scientists
Analyze and explore new data sources to support predictive modeling
Monitor usage, performance, and business value of AI-driven data products
Support AI governance processes, including documentation, validation, and explainability
Increase adoption of predictive models through clear insights and stakeholder enablement

What you bring

5+ years’ experience in AI, data, or advanced analytics environments
Strong background in translating business needs into AI/data solutions
Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
Familiarity with data pipelines, ML lifecycle, and MLOps concepts
Experience working with GDPR and data governance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
