From advisory firms and re-sellers, to technology alliances and channel partners, SureCloud’s partner ecosystem is a critical growth lever expanding our reach, accelerating deal cycles, and increasing customer value. This role is a rare opportunity to build and scale a high-impact partner function from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially minded Partner Manager to design, build, and scale SureCloud’s partner ecosystem across technology, advisory, and channel partners.

You’ll own the full partner lifecycle from strategy and recruitment to enablement, co-selling, and revenue impact working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership, autonomy, and executive visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Ecosystem Development

Define and execute SureCloud’s partner strategy across technology, advisory, consulting, hyperscaler and channel partnerships.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners aligned to SureCloud’s ICP and GTM motion.
Prioritise partners based on revenue potential, strategic fit, and customer value.
Build scalable partner programs, frameworks, and engagement models.

Revenue & Co-Selling

Drive (PDRs) partner deal registrations and partner-influenced pipeline, working closely with Sales, CS and RevOps.
Enable effective co-selling motions with clear rules of engagement, deal registration, and joint account planning.
Support enterprise and transactional deals by positioning partners as trusted advisors and value multipliers.
Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and ROI.

Enablement & Activation

Own partner onboarding and enablement sales plays, messaging, training and collateral.
Collaborate with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership.
Work with Product to support integrations, roadmap alignment, and partner feedback loops.
Ensure partners are confident positioning SureCloud’s value proposition within broader risk, compliance, and security conversations.

Internal Alignment & Operations

Act as the internal voice of partnerships aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success around shared goals.
Partner closely with RevOps to ensure clean tracking of partner activity in HubSpot.
Establish clear metrics, reporting, and operating cadence for the partner program.
Continuously optimise processes to scale partner impact as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

5+ years’ experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within B2B SaaS.
Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems in a high-growth environment.
Experience working with consultancies, GSIs, advisory firms, or technology partners.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, MEDDIC or Value selling methodology and co-selling motions.
Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or adjacent SaaS markets is a strong plus.

Skills & Capabilities

Commercially sharp with a clear focus on revenue outcomes.
Excellent relationship builder credible with partners and senior internal stakeholders.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
