Data Engineer X3 (Snowflake) - £65,000-£75,000 + Up to 20% Bonus (3 days onsite per quarter onsite)

We’re working with a well-established insurance organisation investing heavily in its cloud and data platforms. They’re looking for a Data Engineer to play a key role in designing and delivering modern, scalable data solutions using Azure and Snowflake. This role offers the chance to work on enterprise-scale data systems while enjoying a strong financial package and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Developing and optimising complex SQL transformations
Working with Snowflake as the core cloud data warehouse
Ingesting and transforming data from multiple internal and external sources
Ensuring high standards of data quality, performance, security, and reliability
Collaborating with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
Supporting analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making across the business

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Data Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services
Solid expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Advanced SQL skills
Strong experience working with Snowflake
Good understanding of data warehousing and ELT/ETL patterns
Experience in insurance or financial services is highly desirable
Ci/CD
