ServiceNow Architect - 8 months+ - Umbrella £550 p/d - Hybrid/Sheffield CC
We're looking for a ServiceNow Architect to support a Technology Resilience Architecture team, driving critical resilience, availability, and recovery initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Leading Resilience Deep Dive and Resilience Improvement processes within ServiceNow Continual Improvement Management (CIM)
Investigating and analysing resilience vulnerability data
Designing the migration from bespoke Technology Vulnerability Management to ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Supporting strategic resilience initiatives, including Double Failure Resilience and Mass Disaster Recovery scenarios
Redefining and embedding Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) across the organisation
Shaping SLI/SLO, Error Budgets, and Availability Management strategy
To apply you should have the following skills & experience:
Strong ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience (CIM and/or IRM)
Background in technology resilience, risk, availability, or DR
Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on design level
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
This role is:
A high-impact resilience programme
Hybrid working with a central Sheffield base (2/3 days office)
Opportunity to shape enterprise-wide resilience strategy for global bank
Contract role | Immediate impact | ServiceNow SME
Interviews ASAP, start in February/beginning of March 2026.
