Adeo is the world’s third largest retailer in DIY and decoration goods, with over €30bn yearly revenues and 150 thousand employees across 15 countries. Other key brands include Tecnomat, Bricoman, and Leroy Merlin.
The marketplace is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world’s leading habitat platform. The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.
YOUR MISSION
This role is part of the Customer Experience and Supply Chain team, which focuses on delivering a best-in-class delivery experience as the marketplace continues its growth across Europe. We achieve this by identifying opportunities and developing a series of initiatives to advance our supply chain strategy.
We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Supply Chain Account Manager to drive adoption of our delivery-related services among marketplace sellers. This role bridges supply chain operations and commercial growth, helping sellers enhance their delivery performance while improving customer experience on our marketplace.
The ideal candidate combines a commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making. They will identify high-potential sellers, pitch tailored delivery solutions, and manage activation and performance of sellers using our delivery services.
Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
Identify and prioritize sellers for our delivery-related services based on sales volume, delivery performance, and product categories.
Pitch delivery solutions (e.g., Delivery to Pickup Points, Carrier Integration) to sellers through calls, meetings, and webinars.
Manage end-to-end seller onboarding and activation, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, monitoring performance and driving adoption of new features or delivery modes.
Program Ownership & Growth
Drive commercial and operational growth of delivery services within the marketplace.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve seller experience and suggest enhancements to existing services.
Track KPIs (seller adoption rate, sales growth,service utilization) to measure program success.
Support the design and rollout of new delivery propositions, including pricing strategies and onboarding frameworks.
Communication & Enablement
Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and training to boost awareness and adoption.
Create clear documentation, FAQs, and tutorials for seller guidance.
Data Analysis & Insights
Use data to identify target segments, measure conversion, and optimize sales strategies.
Analyze seller performance metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Build dashboards or reports to communicate progress and impact to senior management.
Must-have
About you:
Ideally, 3 years experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace environments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable pitching to external partners.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Nice-to-have
Experience in last-mile logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain solutions.
Familiarity with carrier management or transportation-as-a-service models.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.).
Fluency in English and at least two additional European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish).
