Job Specifications

Seeking for a Communications Specialist to support customer advocacy and proactive storytelling. This role partners cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and promote customer success stories across owned and earned channels. The ideal candidate has experience in business communications, customer marketing, or advertising, and is comfortable working directly with customers and media.

Responsibilities

Source, develop, and publish customer success stories through blogs, social content, and press outreach
Write content including social posts, blogs, pitches, and launch materials
Develop communications plans for product launches and industry moments
Manage and maintain a pipeline of customer advocates globally
Track program performance and provide regular status updates
Support launch events and media outreach
Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, legal, and research
Build relationships with press, influencers, and external partners

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in business, product, or customer communications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or a related field
Experience in advertising, customer marketing, or PR preferred
Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proven ability to execute creative, impactful communications programs
