We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Strategist (Remote | Full-Time)

Dominant Digital Agency is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping SMBs grow through SEO, paid media, and high-converting websites. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to drive client strategy, performance, and growth.

What You’ll Do

Own client strategy across paid media, SEO, and CRO
Align campaigns with client goals and identify growth opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients
Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Web teams
Review performance reporting and optimize results
Retain and grow managed revenue through expanded services

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and GA4
Proven agency experience working with SMBs
Data-driven, strategic mindset with CRO and UX expertise
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Hands-on campaign management experience
Comfortable explaining results to non-marketers
