Job Description
Join our team to support a leading energy sector client in Belgium as an Installer Network Manager. You will play a key role in developing and managing a national network of heat pump installers, contributing to the energy transition in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your missions
Build and maintain a quality network of local partners for heat pump installation
Prospect and onboard new partners: present the offer and negotiate partnership contracts
Ensure quality standards through accurate and regular reporting (SLA, quality, customer feedback)
Coordinate training and certification sessions for new installers
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for network expansion
Act as the coordination point between the sales team and installers, resolving potential conflicts
Support new professionals in their integration journey
Your profile
Experience in prospecting with SMEs or craftsmen, or as a sales representative in the technical products sector
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
French and Dutch fluent. English is a plus.
You demonstrate strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills
You are organized, rigorous, and results-oriented
