About The Role

Please note: This is a temporary 4-month opportunity (May - August 2026).

ATB 101 is a 4 month work experience and engagement program with a summer intake! Our ATB 101 students play an integral role in the success of our business. As an ATB 101 student you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to ATB through challenging, meaningful and diverse opportunities and make a positive impact for our clients and each other. Oh and we promise you’ll have a lot of fun doing it!

As ATB’s next Technical Support Student, you will provide technical support for platform tools, as well as process reviews to ensure efficiency across the board. You will also assist with data entry & analysis, creating dashboard(s) and supporting investigations; troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Accountabilities

Partners with cross-functional teams within risk to resolve priority issues and implement long-term technical solutions
Collaborate with the team in building standardized troubleshooting checklists and intake processes to streamline the tracking & resolution of recurring incidents.
Identify and develop improvements around minor inefficiencies in existing technical processes
Perform automation build and support using queries and dashboards

Skills, Experience & Requirements

Requirements for ATB 101:

Currently enrolled in IT Systems, Computer Science, or related school programs.
Working knowledge in supporting organizational software and hardware troubleshooting, customization and upkeep
Some experience in IT support or data analyst related roles preferred

Interpersonal Skills

Communication & Feedback: Proficient in active listening, strong verbal/written communication, and the exchange of constructive feedback.
Strategic Thinking: Utilizes systems thinking, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving to navigate complex issues.
Self-Management: A self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
Operational Execution: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
