About The Role
The Senior Salesforce Trainer is responsible for driving practical, role-based Salesforce adoption across sellers and managers, with a strong focus on post-launch reinforcement, hypercare support, and sustained behavior change.
This role partners closely with the Rollout & Adoption team to ensure Salesforce changes are understood, usable, and embedded into day-to-day workflows. Success is measured by reduced confusion, faster adoption, and fewer recurring issues following launches.
This role is hands-on, highly visible to the field, and deeply connected to real seller workflows.
What You'll Do
Deliver post-launch Salesforce training
Design and execute the Enablement strategy globally for Salesforce to maximise adoption
Lead live and 'walk me' style Salesforce training sessions during rollout and hypercare windows.
Build new native help content capabilities and intuitive tool tips within the platform
Work closely with UX, Product and Engineering to improve and feedback on user experience
Support sellers and managers in real time as workflows evolve.
Build workflow-based enablement
Design training around end-to-end seller workflows, not isolated features.
Tailor content by role, region, and line of business.
Ensure training reflects how Salesforce is actually used in production.
Rapidly adapt content based on live issues
Partner with Rollout & Adoption Leads and Hypercare Analysts to identify recurring questions and adoption gaps.
Update job aids, walkthroughs, and FAQs quickly as edge cases emerge.
Turn repeat questions into scalable, self-serve assets.
Diagnose adoption challenges
Identify whether issues stem from training gaps, process breakdowns, or system behavior.
Flag true tooling defects vs usability or knowledge issues.
Provide clear feedback loops to Seller Tech and Rollout leadership.
Support managers and coaches
Create manager-ready materials to support coaching and reinforcement.
Help frontline leaders understand expected Salesforce behaviors.
Enable managers to identify and correct usage gaps in their teams.
Reduce operational noise
Contribute to global enablement standards and best practices.
Help decrease repeat questions, tickets, and ad-hoc support requests.
Maintain clear, current documentation aligned to live workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Salesforce training, enablement, or business systems roles.
Strong hands-on Salesforce knowledge, Sales Cloud experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to train adult learners in fast-moving environments.
Experience supporting global or regionally distributed teams.
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to sellers and managers.
Ability to translate complex system behavior into simple, usable guidance.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting content in real time.
Experience supporting Salesforce enablement during hypercare or major rollouts.
Deep understanding of seller workflows, pipeline management, and frontline sales behaviors.
Ability to rapidly adapt training content based on live system issues and edge cases.
Experience partnering closely with Product Ops or Business Systems teams.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$146,000 per year - USD$162,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
