Overview

We are seeking a skilled C++ Software Engineer to join our team developing advanced solutions for off‑highway equipment systems. The ideal candidate has strong C++ development experience in a Linux environment and brings domain knowledge in off‑highway machinery. Experience with Caterpillar (CAT) AIS is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++ in a Linux environment

Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to support embedded system development

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to off‑highway machinery systems

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Work closely with system engineers and product teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable software

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of C++ development experience (flexible; candidates with stronger experience are welcome)

Strong proficiency working in Linux environments

Experience within the off‑highway, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment domain

Preferred Qualifications

Former Caterpillar (CAT) engineer or contractor

Hands‑on experience with CAT AIS (Advanced Information System)

Familiarity with embedded systems or real‑time applications

Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills
