Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
Ensure application performance, quality, security, and responsiveness
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance bottlenecks
Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and automation
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong front-end development experience with:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Angular (v13+) or Stencil
Strong back-end development experience with:
C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API
Solid database experience with:
MS SQL Server
Experience using Git and other version control systems
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, or wealth management
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
